Korea Development Institute of Public Policy and Management (KDI School) is delighted to invite policymakers, academics, and experts to submit papers related to the field of impact evaluation.

Demonstrating the policies' effectiveness by sourcing evidence of impact evaluations and empirical analysis is essential. This is key for the development and iterative improvement of robust policies and delivering equitable programs across all areas of government responsibility. To revitalize this evidence-based impact evaluation research field, KDI School has previously hosted several Impact Evaluation Conferences since 2018 with our partner organizations, including the World Bank DIME, 3ie, ADB, ADBI, and HKUST.

To celebrate the 25th anniversary since KDI School's founding, we will be hosting the Impact Evaluation Conference on August 24-25, 2022, under the special theme of "Empirical finding in public policies and development cooperation." It will provide a forum for in-depth discussions on the issue of future perspectives of impact evaluation in a post-COVID world, including several current policy themes such as labor market, aging, health, education, infrastructure, gender, and microfinance.
